In order to use an eSIM your device needsto be network unlocked. You should contact your carrier and ask them to unlockyour device.
This is a relatively common error thatmight occur during installation of your eSIM. In most cases simply resettingyour network settings will resolve this.

Put your iPhone in airplane mode.
Leave it for about five to ten seconds,then turn off airplane mode.
Restart your iPhone.
